| In this dissertation, studying the characteristics of disease heart sound was done to assist clinical workers for diagnosing. Wireless acquisition system for heart sound signal, multicast auscultation system for clinical teaching and processing software of heart sound signal were successfully designed. The systems mentioned above were integrated into a kind of instrument for the use of clinical aided diagnosis.Wireless acquisition system for heart sound signal was based on precision sensor and wireless communication terminal. The heart sound collected by the sensor was sent to the transmitting terminal by audio cable. Then the signal was sent to the receiving terminal, which linked to sound card of computer. In this way, the heart sound was collected by computer. A database was built for analysis by collecting a large number of heart sound signals.Multicast auscultation system for clinical teaching was used to wirelessly send the heart sound signals to multiple receiving terminals with2.4G equipment. In this way, each of the medics can get the heart sound from earphone of its receiving terminal. This system has solved the problem of tautological auscultation on patients.Processing software of heart sound signals was programmed with LabVIEW2012to realize replaying on the heart sound and graphical display. It also can be used to filter the clutters by the methods of time varying, continuous wavelet transform and discrete wavelet transform. With the great help of NI company’s paramount toolkit, analyzing heart sound with lots of methods can be realized, such as Joint-Time-Frequency-Distribution, Wavelet-Transform and Time-Series. Each of the functions was designed to contain mainstream analysis techniques. Synthetically using the methods can help researcher comprehensively research the signals and cut back deviation.It has proved that, accurately analyzing and acknowledging on heart sounds can be realized by the processes above. |
