Through years of development, digital TV business provides the basis for the development of business diversity for cable TV operators in China, the cable TV network has become one of the three major telecom industry. How to use the existing coaxial network which has been a large investment, but also can get the next generation optical network transition of capital accumulation and precious time, become the key issues in current cable television network operators to consider.This paper is based on the background of cable television bidirectional transformation project of Inner Mongolia Broadcast and Television Networks. According to the new standard of radio and television industry as the guide, learn and summarize the advantages and experience of the cable TV bi-directional scheme, analyze the parameter of existing network scheme and the advantages and disadvantages, based on two-way cable TV network requirement of Inner Mongolia broadcasting on the analysis of the proposed design scheme, Presents the design scheme which apply new coaxial cable modulation technology to construct the cable TV&Internet bidirectional access network.
