With the rapid development of China’s economy, the importance of enterprisefinancial risk management and early warning is more prominent. Financial risk earlywarning system, whose object of study are the financial condition of enterprise andgovernment, will make an early warning for the financial condition with the historicalfinancial data and accumulated experience. Enterprise financial risk early warninginvolves amounts of data of all aspects of business. It not only involves enterpriseinternal factors, but also involves the relevant factors and the external environment. Ifwe want to study the enterprise financial risk warning, we first have to figure out thefollowing questions: Firstly, what data do enterprise product every day? And whatdata is useful? What data is useless? Secondly, in the massive amounts of data fromenterprises, what data is related to financial condition? And what factors are majorfactors? What factors are secondary factors? Thirdly, we should determine what stageenterprise financial risk is according to financial analysis. And what measures shouldbe taken to minimize the potential loss of enterprises caused by the financial risk.Traditionally, when people make the financial risk early warning, they will usekinds of methods. However, these methods require more preconditions, and therestrictions often affect the accuracy of prediction and the reliability and universalityof the warning. Now, some new methods are used for forecasting, such as SupportVector Machines, Neural Networks, and so on. These methods can solve the somedifficult problems with a lot of parameters. And the credibility of the results tends tobe higher. In this paper, Support Vector Machine is used to make financial risk earlywarning. This method can be used in not only enterprises but also governments andother organizations.For the problems of traditional financial risk early warning, this paper proposed anew model for enterprise financial risk early warning based on support vectormachine. And we combine the new model and service-oriented architecture, so thatwe can achieve combination of the service and the timely release of the service results. Enterprise financial risk early warning system, which is scientific, reliable andeffective, can make early forecasting and warning for the enterprise financial risk withlong-term observation and analysis, so that the enterprise can take timely effectivemeasures to reduce business losses.
