| With the rapid development of computer technology and communicationnetwork technology, the construction of the golden tax project is becoming the key ofthe informatization of China’s Tax Department. Each unit regulates the tax workprocess and strengthens the tax monitoring work through the establishment of taxmanagement information system. At present, according to the requirements of thegolden tax project, every province has established the related tax collection andmanagement system, and has arranged and visited each node within the provinces,cities and counties. The local taxation bureau in Ji Xi assesses tasks according to itspractical and concrete goal; and it needs to establish a local taxation informationmanagement system as a good complement of tax collection and management systemin Hei Long Jiang province.The management information of Ji Xi local tax bureau is established basing onthe actual demands of the services. It mainly realizes the management of registerinformation, the management of the tax revenue progress, the management of the keyjobs, the management of the supervising, the charging-check, the plan for the taxadministration and the amount of tax imposed, the management of tax-declare on-line,and the management of the regulation assessment. This system can manage theservice information of the local tax bureau in a better way, improve the dailyefficiency of the office and the quality of service, and also obtain the newmanagement experience for the tax administration of the prefecture-level cities.The local tax bureau management information system in Ji Xi has mainlyrealized the registration information management, tax management, key workprogress management, monitoring management, capture expenditures query, taxplanning, network of tax declaration, and regulations assessment and management,and other functions.In this paper, technology and methods that are adopted in the system implementationof the Ji Xi tax management information system are introduced in details. The entiresystem development is realized basing on the theory of software engineering. Thedevelopment of system can be divided into requirement analysis, system-design,system-implementation and system-testing and the other main stages. In the processof analyzing system requirements, we analyze the system demands by use-casedynamics. In the system-design phase, we design the function and database of thesystem by using UML. In the system-implementation phase, we introduce the designcycle and the main code in details, and test the system by using the way of test cases.In the systematic design stage, we make full use of object-oriented pattern to designthe system, thus, we have achieved the design of the physical construction and thewhole structure, explained the functions of the system in details, and drew thefunction-framework of the system. We have designed the database diagrams and drew the E-R chart between the database diagrams. In the phase of systematicimplementation, the design-flow and the main code were introduced in details, and theflow chart of the system program implementation was drawn. We illustrate andintroduce the main codes that are realized and display the interface of the systemthrough screenshots. We test the system by the way of Test Case, and enact the testcase for each function of the system, and we illustrate the input and output of the testby examples. |
