With the development of modern information technology and managementthinking innovation, advancing financial software used computers and networks tostrengthen and expand the functions of the traditional financial information system intoan accelerated phase.From the initial DOS platform to Windows, Unix platforms, databases fromdBASE, FoxPro and then to SQLServer, Sybase, Oracle and other large database, thesystem structure is basically built on the C/S or B/S structure.State-owned company is planning to establish administrative, and most ofsubordinate units are “institutions, business management”, relatively extensivemanagement, in particular costing control. The system will use asp.nettechnology development, use VS2005IDE for writing programs, a large database usingMicrosoft SQL2005database system to store data.SVA Group financial management system should achieve the following functions:accurate feedback, effective budget management to support decision-making, the realcost of hierarchical management of subordinate units, hierarchical control; trulyunderstand the business budget management, budget analysis through the coming yearfor budget adjustments and budgeting to provide effective support; hope to developeffective implementation of good corporate financial budget, reduce unnecessaryoperating costs; hopes to streamline the process models, control-oriented; hope thatrational allocation of financial resources, to prevent the embezzlement, waste; hope thatthe centralized control of all branches of the headquarters expenses.
