| The economics of the China developed very faster for the past few years. Varioustypes of radio telecommunications were used more widely. The number of the radiostation in some developed area and big and medium cities becomes more than ever.They need more radio frequencies. There is more electromagnetic interference for allkinds of the legal radio station. Therefore, the radio management department ofLiaoning province planned to construct small radio monitoring system in the TwelfthFive-year Plan according to the national requirements. This system can cover all thecounties and important regions in the whole province.The completion of the small radio monitoring system will improve theconstruction of basic facility of Liaoning province. A radio monitoring station willhave real-time monitoring capabilities about all the counties and important regions.The ability and efficiency of the radio management will be better.This dissertation begins with the current situation of the radio monitoring work.We analyses the solution of the radio monitoring coverage in the counties andimportant regions. We compared the fixed monitoring system with the small radiomonitoring system and come to a conclusion that the small monitoring systemsolution has a great advantage in the capital investment, the choice of location,maintenance etc.The system structure is designed in this dissertation according to mode of theradio management and the WAN of the radio management. It designed the structure ofthe whole system, and had a detailed description of the software function about thesmall monitoring system. This dissertation describes the installation and testing workof the small radio monitoring system, and describes the site installation process of thesmall radio monitoring stations.The contributions of this dissertation are as follows:1. This dissertation analyzed the position of the small radio monitoring stationand designed the system structure of small radio monitoring in Liaoning provinceaccording to the station of the small radio monitoring station.2. This dissertation designed the software framework of the small radiomonitoring system. The system is divided into control center and several sub controlcenter and small monitoring station. Small monitoring station is responsible formonitoring the local electromagnetic environment, outputting the monitoring dataaccording to the order of the monitoring tasks. The provincial control center includesthe platform of resource management, the platform of monitoring and the platform ofdata analysis. 3. This dissertation described the function of each platform of the monitoringsystem. Design resource management platform distribution, platform of sitemanagement, map display; design a real-time monitoring, the monitoring function ofmonitoring and analysis of seat design seat; data analysis functions. And we give theflow chart of the function above.The small radio monitoring system runs very well in the practical operation. Itaccomplished the configuration management of the small monitoring station andremote monitoring tasks and data transmission and other functions.Small radio monitoring system solves the coverage of radio monitoring in thecounties and important regions, play a large role in the radio monitoring work of radiomanagement, to provide more powerful and timely technical support. |
