With the development of medical information electronically and standardized, it is an inevitable trend by using of computer technology and information technology to promote the hospital information management. Hospital information management is reflected that It can be barrier free communication with different departments, or hospitals during a medical procedure. So EHR must achieve its standardization and providing useful medical data as the main carrier of communication of hospitals and process of patient care activities. It is basis for the sharing and using of electronic medical records that standardization of electronic medical records system. American Health Information transmission standard HL7(Health Level Seven) regulate the medical information data transmission format, can reduce medical information system interconnection costs, improve the degree of information sharing between systems. It has greater significance to build standards-based HL7EHR system chest pain center according to the management mode of chest pain centers.Firstly, the concept of chest pain centers is elaborated in this paper. Chest pain center is composed of multiple disciplines to cooperate efficient treatment of patients with chest pain platform, it can reduce misdiagnosis and over-treatment and improve clinical effect. This paper analysis features of chest pain center medical data, including diversity, timeliness, decision-making and sharing and analysis functional requirements of EHR according to the characteristics of medical data.Then, it made a thorough analysis of HL7information standards and proposed HL7message storage model on the basis of studies of mapping relationship between HL7rules databases and system database. The model is to construct a multi-level structure pointer list of sections HL7messages, data fields, components, sub-assemblies for storage, by traversing the list of build and parse HL7messages.Finally, it designed and implemented electronic medical records system based on HL7standards by making use of ADO.NET platform. The system uses a three-tier system, including three main modules:records management module, system queries module and information exchange module. It supports chest pain center medical input, modify, delete, audit, statistics and other records management functions, multi-functional and medical conditions combined query data sharing functions and meets the requirements of chest pain center for electronic medical records. After testing, the system is expected to complete three modules function.
