| In this day and age, there are an increasingly number of secret archives being used in the process of the rapid military construction of our country. These confidential files contain army’s and nation’s secrets, which are related closely to not only the national security, but also the state’s political activities and economic development. As a result of their significance, to ensure the core national security secrets, we must manage these secret files appropriately. However, problems with traditional secret files management tools and techniques, which show low efficiency, are increasingly severer. For example, archival materials were leaked due to poor human management.Fortunately, the arrival of the era of Internet of Things, brings new ideas and solutions to track the secret files,as well as24hours real-time monitoring.This paper begins with a brief analysis of the deficiencies of the existing management of secret archives, then talks about designing and implementing a secret file management system based on one kind of IOT(Internet of Things) technology: RFID.The system uses advanced RFID automatic identification technology and computer software technology,which utilizes RFID electronic tags as information storage media and pastes the gathered information on the file box.More specifically, in the first stage, the basic information of the file is stored in the RFID chip, the monitoring system automatically records loan and return information. Then, through linkage between RF(Radio Frequency) and the video surveillance system,it automatically records video surveillance when file changes.In the second stage, the system uses non-contact devices such as a smart table,cooperating with the back-end database management system.On the condition of that, information management can be achieved in terms of borrowing, returning,searching secret files and inventory work.Meanwhile, at the entrance of the secret archives, the system installs some smart safe passages equipped with long-range RFID certification, through which auto anti-theft and file out of storage functions can be achieved automatically. Finally, in the secret file cabinet, fixed-point positioning readers are put, ensuring secret files stored in precise locations.Based on the research on the needs of secret files in the army, combining the author’s operational needs, we conduct a detailed analysis, describing functional requirements which describe the secret document storage, borrowing, return, destruction, temperature and humidity control module and access control module.At the same time, we have done an in-depth analysis in the system’s design and implementation for each module, accomplished a functional structure design, functional design and interface implementation. As for database design section, we analyze the system’s entity object,the relationship between entities and entities,and give detailed information on each data table.It is worth noting that fixed orientation storage of secret files is an innovative point of this system.Firstly, through the innovative design of the multi-antenna scan-round reader, we reduce system design costs to a great extent, and make secret files stored in fixed positioning becoming possible, which improves the secret file query efficiency greatly. Moreover, locating the physical file precise positioning, can effectively prevent inappropriate operations such as files are wrongly took or misplaced.Furthermore, the usage of multi-antenna scan-round reader helps to achieve a24-hour monitoring of classified files, greatly enhancing the secret files’ storage security and reliability... |
