The management fire safety of Jinan City has been depended on artificial maintenance, but accompanying by the development of information technology, as well as the number of population changes and the migration of population in Jinan, the household registration management is inconvenient. All departments can register and search the household registration data of all kinds of fire safety, and data utilization is quite inadequate. Therefore, in order to better carry out the maintenance of fire safety, Jinan Fire Safety Agency decides to design and implement a household registration management system of fire safety.The system is mainly based on J2EE development platform, and is designed and implemented by adopting JAVA language, using common MVC pattern and struts framework and hibernate framework. Firstly, analyzing the current problems in household registration management system of fire safety in Jinan City, and finding domestic and overseas research status of similar systems according to the proposed background, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing systems. Analyzing business needs of the system according to the actual situation in Jinan, the system is divided into six functional modules, basic situation maintenance of units, safety management systems maintenance, organization and personnel maintenance, buildings and facilities maintenance, fire service record maintenance, and security report filling maintenance. Business function analysis adopts use case diagram and use case specification table, and also analyzes the non-functional requirements. Then according to needs of business functions, making preliminary design and detailed design. The household registration management system of fire safety mainly enrich the fire safety database of social unit, expands the management of constructions and facilities maintenance, safety report filing and fire safety administrators, perfects the fire service record, and completes supervision and dynamic supervision on fire safety conditions of the social unit. After determining the system’s technical route, completing the preliminary design and detailed design of the functions of the household registration management system of fire safety with the function block diagram, class diagram and sequence diagram. In addition, the database is designed with the use of ER diagrams and data dictionary table. Finally, specifically implementing and testing of the functions of the household registration management system of fire safety.The key function of the household registration management system of fire safety for Jinan is to build fire safety information database about fire buildings and facilities, safety reports filling, the basic situation of social units and fire service records, etc., providing convenience for the household registration management of the user of fire agencies and social units user. The system achieves the data maintenance function of basic situations, safety management systems, organization and personnel, buildings and facilities, fire service records and security reports filling, etc.After running, the system can strengthen the household registration management work of fire safety for Jinan, complete the informatization of household registration management, and also reduce the complexity of data processing, accelerating the work rate of household management, and building an efficient management platform for social units.
