After a seriesof comparison, we choose Lync, the unified communications platform of Microsoft, tobuild homecare system. Lync integrates instant messaging, email, voice, multimediaconference, and other communications at an organic whole, and has call access controlbandwidth management functions, supports multiple interfaces, integrates a variety ofsystems.Through the running principle analysis of Microsoft Lync platform, this articlebuilds homecare system composed of data acquisition, real-time interaction, feedbackcontrol and information management module, in order to meet the needs of simple,effective and strong extensibility. Using sensors, wearable detection equipment, signsdata monitor, etc., medical data acquisition and transmission module collects patientdata in real-time, and transfers to local computers and central processing system, for thecommunity doctor to view. Real-time interaction module based on Lync unifiedcommunications technology, integrates all kinds of sensor data, and realizes medicaldata remote transmission, call and positioning. This module also implementsconsultation, remote interaction, examination and treatment between the doctor-patient.Control module in the center server, analyzes and judges medical data, and sendsreminder messages to the mobile terminal, and realizes the medical data storagemanagement, continuous analysis and alarm control. And system mobile terminal usesBluetooth technology to connect family computer, and stores patient information in theSD card for convenient view. Through landing center processor, mobile terminal can query history characteristic data, and analysis processing results and medical records,etc., and get consistent experience of the PC terminal.
