With the development of the so cial economy and the Internet industry,more and more people have a variety of electronic devices. Such as desktop computers,notebook computers, IPAD, smart phones and so on. This trend continues to becomelarger. Electronic devices brought great convenience to people’s lives. It also broughtgreat challenges to people’s personal data management. How to store huge data? How tomaintain data consistency?At present, the market also introduced a data management software that canhelp users sorting data and synchroing, all the terminal device file. But filesynchronization performance is not always satisfactory, file synchronization errors hasoccurred. The function of software did not keep pace with the times to meet thedifferent needs of different customers, therefore the development of a specific filesynchronization software has the important practical significance.Facing a huge amount of data and electronic devices, the system mainly resolvesthe problems of resource management. In this paper, we survey the current status of thesynchronization products and the education management. We research thesynchronization software at the technical level. Broadly speaking, this paper conductedthe following studies.（1） Monitoring mechanism of file changes. When the users change the file, our goalis to automatically identify the change file and type efficiently, accurately,rapidly. This paper improved the existing polling monitoring algorithm andfileSystemWatch monitoring mechanism. Office documents, txt documents canbe efficiently and accurately monitored.（2） File synchronization mechanism. Multi terminal equipment, the instability of thenetwork and the user diversity will lead to the conflicts. In order to avoid thiskind of conflict, putting forward a new synchronization scheme to guarantee theuser’s file synchronization based on the traditional version of thefile synchronization mechanism（3） The WCF service architecture based on SOA. In this paper, in order to unify andreuse to achieve lightweight client and system, setting up the systemstructure using the WCF serviceIn short, we proposed the corresponding solution and the develop a softwarebased on the tree main points.
