| As an emerging mobile phone media and instant messenger, WeChat is unstoppably changing people’s lifestyle and social habits. Having the courage to try new things, college students have become the backbone among the group of using WeChat. With its features of real time, accuracy, privacy and its novel and distinctive function, WeChat has attracted a large number of users in the group of college students, and it has a subtle influence on the state of mind and daily behavior of college students. At the same time, it offers a fresh choice for collegiate student work. However, each coin has two sides, that is to say, it brings challenges as well. In order to advance with times, it is inevitable to study how college students perform in this environment, what concrete impact it has on students’state of mind and behavior habit, and more importantly, what we are supposed to do to eliminate the negative effect which Wechat might have. Furthermore, taking fully advantage of Wechat to enrich the contents and methods of student management in universities is another avenue for the university reform, which will also make student work more targeted and efficient, as well as closing to the students.This thesis regards the spreading characteristics of Wechat as an entry point, using the research findings in communication, education, psychology, sociology and so on for reference. With the use of literature research method, observation method, questionnaire method and model analysis method, this thesis explores the influence on the undergraduates thought and behavior which the Wechat exerts, analyzes the opportunities and challenges to the college students work which the Wechat brings, and further builds "5W" model about the students work in the Wechat environment innovatively.This thesis is organized as follows:The first part is the introduction, which briefly describes the significance of the topic, the background of this thesis, current research, literature review, structural arrangements and research methods as well as innovations and inadequacies.Chapter1introduces the basic outlines of Wechat, the development and its various functions, makes a summary of its technical and propagation characteristics. Furthermore, based on these features this chapter analyzes the effect that the Wechat brings on the remodeling of college media as well as on the campus subculture and cultural identity.Chapter2takes the method of questionnaire to survey current situation of using WeChat among college students, summarizes the impact of WeChat on college students in the state of mind and behavior habits through the analysis of the data. And summarizing that WeChat brings the convenience on learning and living for students, it may bring negative effects.Chapter3analyses the double impact which WeChat may bring to college students work on the basis of studies and preliminary investigations on WeChat. On the one hand, the traditional student working model has been unable to adapt to the development of the environment of WeChat, and the characteristics of WeChat also brings challenges for college students work; on the other hand, WeChat also brought unprecedented opportunities for college students work in breaking the space-time barriers, enriching students work content, enhancing students’ active participation, etc.Chapter4is the foothold. Based on previous research and theoretical analysis above, the author would introduce the "5W" mode in communication to the work among college students creatively and try to describe innovation strategy of college students work mode from five aspects including college students workers (Who), students work content (Says What), through what medium (In Which Channel), students (To Whom), the effectiveness of student work (With What Effect). |
