The Design And Implementation Of Vocational Education Research Achievements Declare And Assess Management System For Hunan Province

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, as well as the increasingly extensive application of computer technology in government office, at the same time, Hunan province pays great attention to its research achievements declare and assess work, hope that the information construction of research achievements’declare and assess management can be done as soon as possible, improving the existing management mode of artificial operation and paper saving data.This system is based on B/S structure, using the object-oriented JAVA language to develop. In the technical architecture field, system background logic implementation is mainly combining the popular open source frameworks, such as struts2, Hibernate, spring and so on. Struts2is mainly used to encapsulate some common operations, such as the data transformation from client to the system logic layer, that is, change text data into object-oriented data which can be used by the system logic. Hibernate encapsulates part of the database operations, using object-oriented HQL query language system can cross database platform. Spring as a container, unified manage the instantiated steps of the items constituting of the system, and implement the unified management of database objects. The client interface design mainly use Extjs framework, combined with a small amount of CSS control. Use Tomcat6.0as the server, SqlServer2008as the database, and MyEclipse10.0as the development environment.The system finally realized five modules’functions including related user information registration management, relevant documents information declare management, teaching and research declare state management, provincial research institutions work management and provincial experts work management. Specific operations include:teaching and research declare personal information registration, teaching and research declare institutions information registration, evaluation experts information registration, teaching and research declare state query, paper declare management, topic, declare management, courseware declare management, teaching plan declare management, initial grading management, the final summary management and so on.System monitor the whole process of the research results from the declaration to the final judgment, reduced the erroneous phenomena caused by man-made factors, ensured the fairness, accuracy and timeliness of the teaching and research achievements’ declaration and review.
