Research And Implementation Of Real-time Voice Transmission Based On RTP Protocol

Since the rapid development of the Internet, more and more online businessdeveloped at the same time, real-time transmission of streaming media voice businessbecome the focus of the development of the network. Voice data transmission in thenetwork, not only should consider the bandwidth of the network channels, but alsoensure the voice data transfer in the process of real time and continuity. Therefore, IEFTreleased the RTP protocol in RFC1989.In the thesis, introduces in detail the characteristics of streaming data, voice dataproblems that occur during transmission, and the characteristic of the RTP protocol andapplication, implement the real-time voice data transmission based on RTP protocol onthe ARM processor.The time delay, transmission jitte,and packet lost often occur during voice datatransmission.In order to ensure the quality of voice data services, in terms of hardware,use support10/100m LAN8720A chip to transmit data.In the aspect of software, therealization of the voice data include data collection, coding, coding and decoding,sending and receiving RTP packaging group.In hardware and software cooperation,realize a real-time voice data transmission based on RTP protocol.
