With the development of modern society, people have been focused increasinglythe concept of "Family Physiotherapy". The so-called Family Physiotherapy that arenow themselves being examined and physical therapy can be usual used for families andindividuals. The characteristic of the most advantage about the instrument is convenientand practical, easy to carry.The embedded systems are becoming popular in intelligent control fields becauseof their characteristics such as cuttable for both soft and hard ware,portable in manyenvironment. That users can clip the embedded system to lower power consumption anddecrease system cost accordingly is the biggest mark of the system.Thus,the embeddedcontroler has been widely applied in almost every field of our life such asindustry,argriculture,education,national defense and science research because of itspowerful and flexible advantage.In this backgroud, this paper proposes the constant temperature control system forthermal therapy by combining both family physiotherapy and embedded system. Thesystem has a friendly UI for man-machine interaction and is equipped with touchsystem to make users not only able to control the temperature of heater by the UI butalso watch the relative performance indexs from diplayer. Based on the anylysis above,adual-ARM design solution is applied in which the S3C2440chip display the result andSTM32chip responds for constant temperature control. The design solution can givefull play to the functions of LCD display with S3C2440kernel and data processing withSTM32kernel and the thermal therapy constant temperature system can be formed byadding the peripheral circuits with other functions to this solution. The systemconcludes several parts such as UI,temperature collecting, processing andcommunicating. The UI is desined for information display and touch and temperaturecollecting is finished by the sensors while the constant temperature processing isrealized by appling the digital PID algorithm and the bluetooth module makes thesystem avilable for wireless transmission which is an indispensable part for intelligencefamily therapy,and to provide users with the portability of the operation.
