| The core of barcode technology is the conversion between binary stream and image.And with its low cost and convenient,bar code has become an important carrier when delivering information to a computer.It has been used in various fields of the national economy.And with the development of mobile Internet, barcode increasingly serves as the entrance of Internet and program parameter.Barcode technology involves encoding information,processing imagean,identifying code,among which the key is identifying code.Multi-form barcodes means various types of barcodes,including both one-dimension code and two-dimension code.The existence of multi-form barcodes poses great hardship for any barcode-identification system,however,current study researches less on the optimization of the identification of multi-form barcodes. In addition,when take the smart phone as barcode recognition device there are many other problems to be solved,they are:First,the smart phone varied in their camera,witch leads to various picture quality.if take them indiscriminately,some’s advantage can not play while others can not achieve the desired results;Second,the existing recognition method organizes the two main steps of barcode identification(i.e., image preprocessing and decoding) in an alternating way,which reduces the performance of the process;Third,user’s operation in an identification is complicated,witch mainly refers to:the time user costs in adjusting the viewfinder is much larger than that the identify process takes.Furthermore,in applications using bar code technology there’s other indicators should be considered,such as:kind of code,information structure,security.This thesis aims to address issues above.First,proposes an optimization method in the identification of multi-form barcodes.;then takes the performance of device as the parameter of the identification software;optimize the process of image pre-processing and decoding so that success rate and time-consuming get better;reduces user’s operating time by elevating the tolerance of low-quality image and adding redundancy information in barcode;proposes a comprehensive solution to the problems an applications with barcode identification technology faced;Finally,as a comprehensive,typical case,this thesis describes the design and realization of "multi-form barcode based mobile system for asset inventory",witch was expected to serve as a reference for more similar demands. |
