Application Of Intelligent Electric Actuator Design With Dual CPU

With the intelligentized need of the modern industrial control system, the whole world has been much strict with the electric valve actuator. In china, most electric actuators being produced and used are still laid on the low technical level. Designed with simple and convenient structure, high control accuracy, safe performance, good exception handling and alarm systems, friendly human-machine interactive unit, easy ways to debug and maintain, the intelligent electric actuator has significance in the process automation, and will be widely applied in the modern control system.This paper makes a comparison between the electric actuators produced at home and abroad, introduces the craft and technical need of the intelligent electric actuator, and gives prominence to its high intelligence. To take the design of the intelligent electrical actuator as the main research object, this paper presents the thought of dual CPU in the application, and makes some progress.According to the understanding of the main technology, this paper introduces the application of the intelligent electric actuator with dual CPU, mainly refers to the principle, need and criterion of the control system. Analyzing the controller with the thought of modularization, the paper gives the particular introduction in design flow, environment, structure, function, interface and information of every hardware module. This paper also introduces the software drive of every module and the reliability design of the system, and finally gives the expectation of the next work, development direction and the future of this domain.Now a trial sample has been produced based on this research, and the application of the research fruit will accelerate the widely use of the intelligent electric actuators in China. It will also promote the development of intelligent industrial instrument in China, and has a significant reference meaning to the future research in this field.
