The Empirical Reaserch Of The Effect Multinational Enterprise Investments Exert On China’s Trade Friction

With the great extension of Multinational Enterprises Investment in China, it have a propound effect on China’s economy. The theoretical reaserch on the effect of transnational corporation to a country’s trade at home and abroad, mainly focus on its positive effects and neglect its negative function. Presently, both trade frictions of our country and multinational enterprises have a rapid development, therefore, this paper combine the physical truth of China, and discuss the influences on multinational enterprises to the trade friction of our country from empirical perspective, hoping that find out some methods to reduce trade frictions from this perspective.This paper adopt the technique integrating theoretical with empirical, quantitative and qualitative. Firstly, this paper analysis theoretically the relation of multinational enterprises and a country’s trade, and the reasons of trade frictions. Secondly, it analysis the true status of multinational enterprises and trade frictions in China. Thirdly, this paper choose the anti-dumping case in behalf of trade frictions cases in our country because it is the main means of trade frictions. At last, it relate the suggestions of reducing trade friction from two aspects. On the one hand, it bring forward some propositions from government point, particularly from the multinational enterprise investment combining the conclusion. On the other hand, this paper put forward some advice from corporation.
