Many strategic management tools are applied tomake an in-depth analysis of the history, factors and future of the casecompany’s growth. Then,a vertical integration strategy for businessgrowth is presented, to play the advantages while avoiding disadvantages.There are also many discussions about the implementation ofintegration strategy.In order to realize the research objectives, manyanalysis methods are used, such as literature analysis,case study andsystematic analysis.This study on the growth of ABC company not only guides thecompany itself to grow gradually but also has some reference to other domestic small and medium enterprises.
