In recent years, academia has pay a lot of attention to the study of entrepreneurial andbusiness model. In entrepreneurship research, many scholars are concerned about the definition,environment, opportunity, performance of entrepreneurship, as to the research of business model,scholars are also focus on the definition, classification, innovation of business model. Thesescholars have also made a lot of meaningful results in these areas. However, combinedentrepreneurship with business model, study about the entrepreneurial business model building isvery lack.As the market competition is increasingly fierce, in order to be able to get sustainabledevelopment advantage and to become the industry leader, entrepreneurial companies must builda unique business model for their own according to the internal and external environment. Forentrepreneurial businesses, before they entering the market, there has been a lot of matureenterprises occupied a lot of market share, entrepreneurial businesses must have a good businessidea, and gradually mature it, then develop it into a unique business model, in this way, they canrely on it to bring more room for development, come to the fore, and get the attention ofconsumers.This paper based on the studying and carding about the relevant literature on the theory ofentrepreneurship and business model, integer the entrepreneurship theory with the theory ofbusiness models, and from the perspective of entrepreneurial building process of the start-ups,explain the venture business model building process in the course of business through study howstart-ups build the unique business model building process at each stage of the entrepreneurialprocess. Phased in the entrepreneurial process and based on the use of multi-case analysis, thispaper selects three typical start-ups to make a in-depth case analysis, to verify model of ventureenterprise business model’s building process based on the entrepreneurial process.
