The Study Of Cooperation Innovation Partners Trust Evaluation Based On Knowledge Transfer

In recent years, Cooperation Innovation has become an innovative way ofinter-organizational knowledge and technology, is widely used. Followed byCooperation Innovation partners trust evaluation and management has become a toppriority in the Cooperation Innovation management practices. However, knowledgetransfer is a necessary process of Cooperation Innovation, and it is a key to CooperationInnovation success. At the same time, trust has an impact on the knowledge transferbetween partners. Although the domestic and foreign scholars had noted that the closecontact between trust and knowledge transfer in Cooperation Innovation organization t,but in related study areas, not only lack of trust evaluation among CooperationInnovation partners, but also from the perspective of knowledge transfer.Based on theabove research status, this thesis firstly discussed the relationship among CooperationInnovation, trust and knowledge transfer, and use it as a foothold to expand the corecontent of the study, namely, trust evaluation study of cooperation innovation partnersbased on knowledge transfer.Given the existence of the above problems, the study proposed RS-SVM model ofCooperation Innovation partners trust evaluation based on knowledge transfer, toachieve the conversion from evaluation to the classification. The main contents of thisthesis include:(1) Establishment of trust evaluation indicators system of Cooperation Innovationpartners. This thesis summarizes the existing trust evaluation indexes of CooperationInnovation partners, and extracted13indicators from three angles of the will, theefficiency and the effectiveness of knowledge transfer, finally, established the trustevaluation indicators system of Cooperation Innovation partners.(2) Construction of RS-SVM model of Cooperation Innovation partners trustevaluation based on knowledge transfer. Because the RS-SVM model can effectivelysolve the two problems in the trust evaluation, this thesis e constructed it, and design theimplementation process of the RS-SVM model, supported by the system flow chart describes the specific steps.(3) Research the applicability of the RS-SVM model. This thesis investigated theInstitute, and selected the30Cooperation Innovation partners of it as the study sample,to research the applicability of the model, and ultimately verify the RS-SVM model issuperior and applicability in the trust evaluation of Cooperation Innovation.
