With the development of reform and opening-up the enterprises as the main body ofmarket, the status of which is becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, how toimprove the enterprise management has becomes an important subject of enterprisemanagers. With the rapid development of knowledge economy, people is more and moreimportant as the ability of human resource management is becoming the key to thesuccess of the enterprise standard. Performance evaluation, as an important part ofHuman resource management is awarded by the enterprise managers gradually.This paper attempts to analysis the typical, on-site interviews, questionnaire,analysis of the date with Spss. A preliminary understanding of the specific content ofperformance evaluation for the research object of the enterprise, can be improved by themethod of performance evaluation knowledge, trying to realize scientific performanceevaluation scheme, and the feasibility of performance assessment scheme.This paper focus on the quantitative analysis of the date, making the performanceevaluatiom into date-based, comprehensive evaluation system. The typical enterprise ofmicfinance has set on example for others companics, Meanwhile,it provides advisoryeffects on the performance evaluation of other financial corporations.
