| Jinnan area which is located in southeast of Tianjin, is the one of four areaaround the city. In the big background of the rapid development of Circum-Bohai SeaEconomic Zone, the economic development of Jinnan area have made greatachievements. In the "tenth five-year plan" and11th five-year plan" period, the totaleconomic output of the region kept rising, and the industrial structure wasincreasingly reasonable. But, which is worth our attention is that there is still a certaingap between Jinnan area and other advanced area in industrial structure developmentlevel, the industrial structure still need further optimization. Therefore, according tothe present actual situation, it is necessary to further study Jinnan industrial structure,find out the problem, analyse the reason, and then put forward the method ofsolving the problem.This paper first discusses the related theory of regional industrial structureadjustment. Based on this, the present situation of Jinnan area industrial structure isanalyzed, specifically including the basic situation of industrial structure andevolution, the industrial structure characteristics and development characteristics, theindustrial structure existing problems and causes, and the facing opportunities andchallenges of industrial structure adjustment. Based on the comprehensive analysis ofthe present situation of industrial structure, to determine the guiding idea and basicprinciple of the regional industrial structure upgrade, the strategic target of theupgrading of the industrial structure, and the overall train of thought, namely: Jinnanarea wants to realize industrial rationalization and upgrade based on the existing andthe strategic objectives of "fine the first, strengthen the second, thrive the third",which needs more attention to the high-end service industries, hi-tech industries,cluster building economic and tourism culture industry. At the same time, accordingto the overall train of thought of the upgrading of the industrial structure, key projectsare discussed. At last, the specific countermeasures and Suggestions of the upgradingof the industrial structure are put forward to support the scientific development of theindustrial structure of Jinnan area. |
