Now, the industry of CloudComputing is still in the initial stage in China. Whether the government or enterprisesare actively promoting China’s cloud computing industry, and each pilot city also haspublished the planning of cloud computing industry development. The year of2010, theproject of development of Chongqing cloud computing industry "the extremity ofcloud" was started, thus, the cloud computing industry entered a rapid developmentstage, generated a quantity of continued funds from the knowledge innovation to thefinal product market. At present, the government of financial investment is still playingan important role, nevertheless, the development of Cloud Computing cannot be onlysupported by policy financing all the way. Thus, it is extremely urgent for us to explorethe diversified methods of financing. At the same time, the academic research on cloudcomputing is concentrated on theoretical research and applied research mostly, so, cloudcomputing research industry financing can be counted on one’s fingers.
