In the current era of knowledge economy, competitive advantage for more information and knowledge capture, dissemination, use and innovation, the creation and use of information and knowledge to help enhance the ability of the dynamic nature and nurture more resources to promote the dynamic capabilitiesestablished, provide a flexible mechanism for future strategic adjustment and strategic choices.
