After experienced the Manufacturing economic era, the world is moving into the era which focuses on service economy. Competition in the customer relationship is becoming a core area in future competition. In the fierce competitive market, the center the modern enterprise management shift from "Product-centric" transfer to "Customer-centric".The CRM has been a tool to increase the market share and get more earning by taking the customer need as the center and organizing the resources to respond rapidly to the changes of the markets in recent years. But many studies based on the cases about retail and telecommunications and few about manufacturing.Though the study of CRM application in Scheugenpflug, I presenting the feature and the implementation means about the CRM in manufacturing. Base on the experience of CRM project to sort out the information about aim, status, process improvement and method, finished the structure of business function. Then study the CRM how to design and implement the structure. And then it comes to the implementation of CRM cultural construction, business process improving and team building. Analyzes the achievements and the problems in implementing CRM project in Scheugenpflug and give some advices.By successful practice about CRM in Scheugenpflug, I summarize some methods to fitting the CRM implementation in manufacturing. Hope to offer reference for the manufacturing to implement the CRM and improve the business.
