China have been experienced the changes from the agricultural society to the industry society, fromthe planned economics system to the market economics system nowadays, that is the so-called doubletransition period, and as a result, there are the fierce conflicts between labor and capital. As we know, labor relationship is the product of the industrialization and marketization. Compared with the abundantlabors in the Chinese market, there is the rare capital. What’s more, government tends to take actionswith capital preference for quick economic development. Consequently, the labor relationship loses thebalance and characterized “explicit conflict, implicit cooperation” in the market economy instead of“implicit conflict, explicit cooperation”. The labor conflicts become frequently. It is said that collectivelabor conflict, as the most serious society problem impacted the development of society and economy, isthe main feature of21stChinese labor conflicts, and pose the great challenge to the goal of theharmonious society. This essay propose a new theoretical research perspective to provide a analysis frame and tools forpreventing and solving the conflicts between labor and capital. That is say, the paper regard thecollective conflict between labor and capital as the complexity and open system. The self-organizationtheory can guide us to know this kinds of conflicts well. At first, the writer introduces the generalcharacter and the self-organization feature of the collective conflict between labor and capital. Secondly, illustrates the self-organization condition, self-organization driving force and self-organization approachthrough the theory of the dissipative structure, the synergetic, the catastrophe. What’s more, explains theself-organization conditions interaction by positive and negative feedback mechanism, and analyzes thedriving power in collective conflict between labor and capital through game theory and Hicksnegotiation model which dynamical state the competition and cooperation in the internal elements oflabor relationship. At the same time, explains the development direction and stage in the collective laborand capital and introduces the required and change conditions in each stage. At last, theself-organization evolutionary mechanism analysis about “Naihai Honda strike” and “Children ask forpay” provide the important empirical support for total context.Hope to provide some reference for dealing with the collective conflict between labor and capitalthrough this relative research of full context.
