The Consumption Standard,the Change Tender Of Consumption Structure And Countermeasure Analysis Of Rural Residents In Jiangsu Province

Consumption is one of the driving forces to promote economic growth. A variety of signs and findings indicate that insufficient consumption is the significant factor obstructing the sustainable and rapid growth of our economy. Currently, it is not obvious in improving the agricultural efficiency and it is still in a slow pace for farmers to increase their income. Relatively, rural development is lagging behind. Issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area are still the main bottleneck inhibiting consumer demand of residents in the countryside and even the dominant problem and principal contradiction that prevent the sustainable and healthy development of national economy.As a developing province in the east of China, Jiangsu develop its economy and society fastly. The income of residents in villages add up yearly. The field and channel of the consumption develop gradually. What’s more, the structure of the consumption have a series of changes. The level of consumption develops from the bottom to the top and the life of people moves from the meeting type to the enjoying type and the developing type. Moreover, Consumer demand for the development of social economy and pull function is more and more obvious. However, according to the statistics, the economic growth rate of Jiangsu to the contribution is not optimistic, not to say rural residents’ consumption ability. It is a salient problem and priority to speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development, coordinate the urban and rural regional harmonious development, realize the well-off society, promote the rural consumption level. The paper analyzes trend of the consumption level and structure and raises the problems and the reasons. Moreover, the paper applies the consumption economics theory, with the aid econometric tools and methods, the method of combining the normative analysis and empirical studies. Moreover, the paper analyze the rural residents’ consumption level and the change of consumption structure to provide the theory and policy basis to the start up rural consumer market, improve the rural consumption level, promote the sound and rapid Eco-social development.This paper can be divided into five chapters. Chapter one is an introduction which introduces the background, purpose, method of the research, the technical route and the findings of the review of domestic and foreign consumption. Chapter two is a theory based on the conception of consumption level and consumption structure and the factors affecting consumption level and consumption structure. The third chapter analyzes the historical change and current feature of the consumption level and consumption structure of rural residents in Jiangsu province. The analysis of the consumption data in the recent20years indicates the increasing of rhe consumption level and the obvious upgrade of the consumption structure. Chapter four uses the econometric analysis to analyze the change of consumption level and consumption structure using the model of theoretical analysis. Chapter five mainly puts forward suggestions to increase farmers’ income and optimize the structure of farmers’ consumption with the method of induction and deduction.
