Furthermore, talent competition will focus on the competition of the performance of human resources management system and mechanism. Since joining in the WTO, with the development of automobile industry rapidly, auto finance companies also grow and develop rapidly, because got benefit from the rapid development of the automotive industry.They don’t pay attention to the problem of the Human Resources Strategy.We use this method what theory combination with practice, to analysis the problem about Human Resources Strategy Management of auto finance company in this article. The main purpose of the study is to help the auto finance companies establish a correct concept of the human resources strategy, formulate enterprise strategies which match the talent strategy,And enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper gives a definition to the related concepts on the basis of domestic and foreign human resources strategy. Through the analysis, compares and summaries the advanced experience of the United States’,Japan’s and Germany’s auto finance companies combining the current situation, to provide inspiration for the auto finance company in China to formulate the human resources strategy Management Strategies.According to above research, this paper draws the following conclusion:To make the auto finance companies develop healthily and rapidly, we have to formulate the human resources strategy which matches the enterprise strategies. We should change the concept, pay more attention to it, find the support of the theory, check it in practice, and make efforts on the allocation of talent, management, and incentive. Provide continuous power to promoting enterprise strategic objectives come true.
