Inner Mongolia Branch Of The Mobile Terminal Internal Inventory Control System Design And Implementation

The thesis studied the present situations and problems systematically in the internal control of storage system in Mobile Terminal of Inner Mongolia Branch by the method of case analysis and expatiated on how to set up the goal of internal control inventory based on theories from COSO report and Normal Criteria on Enterprise Internal Control. In addition, the thesis analyzed the key internal control point and control measure through four points such as the management of inward deliveries and outgoings of goods, the management of delivered goods and closing stock-taking. And then it deeply discussed and consummated the internal control of storage system. In accordance with the designing scheme of internal control of storage system, the thesis put forth the implementation solution and its supervision and feedback measures, and took this as the steps and effects of analyzing the internal control of storage system.The thesis started with the key point of storage system process to have studied the discussed a series of the problems as well as leaned from the available research results. Not only it has the far-reaching meaning for the Mobile Terminal of Inner Mongolia Branch, but also it has good use for the sale branches with identical management systems.
