Bank assets risk classification has been brought into China nearly20years,ourcommercial bank by early use old four classification method,and then gradually introducingfive classification method commonly used in the world. With banking reform process in ourcountry,has experienced a tortuous process,and establish a set of risk management systembased on credit assets eventually.Bank assets risk management is an eternal theme of commercial bank management. Inglobal economic and financial integration situation,how to accelerate the process of china’bank internationalization,and improve the level of risk management,to cope with the bankingglobal competition is very serious problem in front of us. This paper research on the problemsof commercial bank’s assets risk classification,and checking out the bank’s risk classificationin our country’s commercial bank system framework design and practice process. On the basisof the commercial bank assets risk classification practice,by foully inspection and diagnosis,finding implementation process of commercial bank assets risk classification in supportingthe overall risk management system. By doing this,we will provide advice to promote thebanking risk management level of ascension which will be helpful for commercial bank assetsrisk classification system construction.This paper uses the research methods including comparative analysis and abstraction ofdata reasoning,inductive,revised summary,we make some research on bank assets riskmanagement and put forward meaningful improvement methods for bank assets classification.These methods is a combination of commercial bank’s customers risk rating and debt riskrating, which make the risk of bank assets classification more detailed and accurate.
