With the rapid development of electronic information technology and its penetrationin the financial sector, online banking was born. Online banking by its virtue of real-time,convenient, fast, efficient, low-cost advantages promotes more and more people supportonline banking, and which promotes online banking a sharp rise and increasing its depthof people’s daily lives. In recent years, China’s online banking was a step development ofstakeholders, some expert predict that during the twelfth five years China will continuethe stable development trend. However, compared with China’s overall banking, onlinebanking transaction amount proportion is still small; furthermore compared with foreigncountries, the process of development of the domestic online banking, there are manyproblems, such as independent of the operating mode, a single development body, lowlevels of service features, safety and technical issues prominent, credit mechanismimmature serious impediment to the development of online banking potential for furtherplay. Vigorously develop online banking for commercial banks will promote its brandcompetitiveness and even enhance the overall strength. Combined with the developmentof online banking is directly dependent on the intention to use online banking, therefore,study the factors of the intention to use online banking will be conducive to thedevelopment of the banking sector as a whole.This paper first reviews the research of scholars at home and abroad about thefactors influencing the development of online banking, and then analyzes thedevelopment status and characteristics of Chinese online banking, pointed out theproblems of the development of China’s online banking and influencing factors affect ourintention to use online banking. Then released in the form of a questionnaire survey tounderstand the use of our online banking, according to the scholars on the impact of theonline banking factors, select independent variables (perceived usefulness, perceivedease of use, perceived risk, self computer efficacy, government support, technologysupport), the mediating variables (attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioralcontrol), using an integrated technology acceptance model (TAM) and the theory ofplanned behavior (TPB) model to study the relationships between the above-mentionedfactors and the intention to use online banking. To conclude, in the use of online banking, the most important factor is the perceived behavioral control, followed by attitude factors,so banks should increase the intensity of services in these areas.Finally, according to China’s actual conditions and empirical findings, put forwardrelevant policy recommendations promote the further development of our online banking.
