Commercial Bank Middle Business Development Strategy Research

Thus, the writer raises the coreissue, the research on policy suggestion and development strategy of intermediatebusiness.This article makes the detailed elaboration about intermediate business betweenthe five civil banks, in developing situation, product structure and essential issue,and then gives out the disadvantages of civil banks in intermediate business policysuggestion and development strategy, also the advanced experience of foreign banksin intermediate business.From the perspective of service differentiation, intermediate business will bedivided into two levels: different-product structure and similar-productstructure.Then,this article makes a detailed comparison about intermediate businessbetween five civil banks in product structure.In order to promote the development ofintermediate business,commercial bank should strive for the support of nationalpolicy and relax restrictions on separated management system,improve the laws andregvlations we need.And,of course,the effort of the commercial bank is important.Atfirst,bank should enhance the product concept of customer-centric,and establish thestrategic goal of long-term and sustainable development.Then, bank also deepensreform and innovation of the management system and the method, and sets upscientific pricing method and standard.In the end, bank should speed up theestabishment of risk prevention system.This article mainly introduces the development and problems of intermediatebusiness in our country with the development experience of intermediate business inthe foreign commercial bank,and comes to a conclusion of policy suggestion anddevelopment strategy in development of the intermediate business.
