Research On Credit Risk Management Of Xx Urban Commercial Bank

The global financial crisis in2008caused by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis has not over, Greece, Iceland, Europe and other countries broke out in the debt crisis in2010, banking sector was a serious blow by this attract, many Western business Bank operations due to poor response to deterioration,some Western commercial banks even failing down. In the situation of the global economic downturn and the Chinese economy is facing a slow down,China’s banking sector remains strong momentum of development, as an important part of China’s financial system, city commercial banks in recent years achieve a high-speed development and the rapid expansion of the scale but at the same time the bank’s non-performing loans up,lead to an increasing trend in the banking sector credit risk. Therefore, the next period of time is not only a period of development of China’s city commercial banks, but also a risk focus on prevention management period. In this paper, the normative analysis, survey analysis, comparative analysis and other methods are used, based on the basic theory of economics, city commercial banks’ credit risk management has been studied from different angles. Through the course of development of the theory of credit risk management and internal control reviews, and a literature review of these two theories, to sort out the relationship between the internal control and risk management; based on the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and internal control theory of five elements, namely the internal environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and monitoring, select xx city commercial banks as a case to study, from the point of view of risk management and internal control to explore, come to a effective way to strengthen the city commercial banks credit risk management,and to provide some suggestions on risk management of Chinese city commercial banks.
