The Comparison Of The Evaluation Criteria Between VC Investment And Bank

In response to the call of service for the real economy and supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, and in order to help to solve the difficulty of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper summarized the evaluation preference of venture capital investment and bank loan projects by analysis of venture capital investment case of the GEM companies and research on evaluation system of small business loan project of three banks.This paper divided the GEM companies with venture capital into two categories of bank loans and no bank loans. We used SPSS to do sample T test and correlation analysis on the21indicators. And then we selected11indicators to do duality logistic regression analysis. So we obtained7valuable indicators of identifing whether there is bank loan. We verified this comparative study results and hypotheses very well to make suggestions for improvement in the evaluation system of small and medium-sized strategic emerging industry enterprises for bank.We finally gave suggestions for improvement the evaluation system of small and medium-sized strategic emerging industry enterprises for bank, and we analysed the shortcomings and the future prospect of the study.The main innovations of this paper:1) For the first time to do comparative study of the evaluation criteria of venture investment project and the bank loan project.2) For the first time to do paired analysis used the listed company that have bank loans or not in GEM.3) We introduced the immaterial assets in the positive analysis.4) By result of the cmparative study and positive analysis, we maked suggestions for improving the evaluation of bank loan projects from6aspects of history, the quality of entrepreneurs, industry, technology, management model, financial data and so on.
