| Enterprise performance evaluation is the important method and means of modern enterprise management, and it is the major theoretical and practical issues of common concern by the today’s business. In the21st century, enterprise’s internal and external environment changes significantly, and markets are more competitive, enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In the context of these times, it is essential to establish a scientific and rational enterprise performance evaluation system. It will help enterprises to accurately evaluate the enterprise’s resources, skills and capabilities, analyze the influencing factors of business management and development planning and its problems, and can help enterprises understand and grasp the internal and external business environment, correctly guide the business activities of enterprises, improve enterprise management level, comprehensively improve the enterprise’s core competitiveness and long-term competitive advantage.So far, although there are many enterprise performance evaluation index system and evaluation methods, a set of scientific, complete, effective enterprise performance evaluation system is not established. Moreover, due to the different position of the main evaluation, ambiguity and uncertainty of the evaluation information, so there is a subjective one-sidedness in the evaluation process, the results of the evaluation will hardly match the ones of the fact. Therefore, it is difficult to scientifically and impartially assess the business situation.For more scientific and objective evaluation of corporate performance, the firstly, the comparative analysis of typical enterprise performance assessment systems or methods are carried out such as economic value added, balanced scorecard, performance prism etc. to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each method, and learn from each other, respectively, from financial, interests, internal processes, learning and development, environmental protection and social performance to establish a more comprehensive performance evaluation system to build performance evaluation model. Then, the analytic hierarchy process to identify the weights of index system of enterprise performance evaluation model. The financial indicators, customer indicators, internal processes and other indicators to be a model system inputs, and enterprise performance as output, the fuzzy inference rules which considers weights are established, the eventual enterprise performance evaluation method is built based on fuzzy logic method, which can be use to synthetically assess enterprise performance. Finally, the article also uses this method to carry out a case study of certain industrial enterprise performance assessment, the strengths and weaknesses influencing enterprise performance are identified, and puts forward some specific suggestions to improve enterprise performance. |
