Problems of land conflicts in contemporary China, therefore, to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis and research, trying to explore reasonable effective law of the land conflict coordination, is not only an important theoretical problem, and it is a great realistic problem.According to this train of thought, the starting point of this article is in order to effectively solve the rural land conflict, protect the lawful rights and interests of the farmers themselves, in the construction of new countryside and a harmonious socialist society background, through the analysis of the types, characteristics of rural land conflict, the present situation and reasons, and points out the problems existing in the Chinese rural land conflict, actively explore effective ways and means of resolving conflict in China’s rural land, and put forward feasible countermeasures, in order to realize the fully safeguard the rights and interests of farmers, for the purpose of building a harmonious society.This paper at home and abroad about the status of land conflict analysis summarized.
