Study On Trade Finance Innovation In A Commercial Bank Jiangxi Branch

As an important part of national economy. The small and medium-sized enterprises are facing to financing problems. in recent years, although state and local government successively introduced many policies to encourage the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, but it still faces dilemma because of enterprises small in scale, the lack of the plight of the mortgaged property. With the vigorous development of the international trade in recent years, trade finance has become main domestic commercial Banks development strategies of small and medium-sized enterprise financing because of its low barriers to entry and the cost of financing, strong flexibility and high security features.Due to the change of international market and trade structure, rapid development in the economy, the traditional trade financing has been unable to meet the new situation of small and medium-sized enterprise financing needs. Especially after China’s accession to the WTO, the domestic banks have realized the innovation is imperative because the advanced technology and financing concept of foreign Banks threat their competitive advantage in the competition.I work in the international settlement department of A commercial bank Jiangxi branch and engage in its financing innovation,(convenient for writing below, refered to A branch instead of A commercial bank Jiangxi branch).Based on the analysis of A branch of trade financing innovation current situation and existing problems, I hope my suggestion on development of financing innovation can provide the essential referenceThis article mainly is divided into five parts:the first part mainly elaborated the current development of Jiangxi small and medium-sized enterprises and introduction of the theory of trade finance, and the necessity of small and medium-sized enterprises develop trade financing; The second part, from the perspective of A branch, I discuss the present situation and problems of small and medium-sized enterprise trade financing in Jiangxi branch and point out the necessity of trade financing innovation in Jiangxi branch. Besides that, I introduce the advanced trade finance innovation practice of domestic and foreign commercial Banks; The third part introduced the progress of trade financing innovation in Jiangxi branch mainly from four aspects (the product, marketing, credit approval process, technical progress); The fourth part further proposed the existing problems and influence factors in innovation progress. The fifth part, the author puts forward some suggestion to deepen the small and medium-sized enterprise trade financing innovation in Jiangxi branch.
