How to attract, retain and motivate talents has became the most important thing for enterprises which want to win in the fierce competition. With the development of society and economy, the demand of people change. The traditional welfare system is not able to meet the diversified demand of employee and can not attract, retain and motivate talents. Under this background, self-service welfare system is created.Based on the consultant,2010corporate welfare research, made by Beijing Dingyuan corporate, the author, reviewing important domestic and foreign documents about welfare system, makes a systematic analysis of the welfare system of our country’s enterprises and then introduces self-service welfare system to Chinese companies to solve the existed problems. Using theoretical analysis method, this paper comprehensively discusses the problems which may occur when self-service welfare system is used in China’s enterprises, the design principles and ideas of self-service welfare system and details when apply. At last, the author provides detail plan about how to design and apply self-service welfare system and suggestions about the development of China’s self-service welfare.
