In recent years, the development of the Taizhou insurance market accelerated, the insurance company successively set up branches in Taizhou, in the insurance market, insurance companies increased year by year,among them competition intensified day by day.In this case, H Property Insurance Company Limited, Taizhou Branch(hereinafer referred to as H Taizhou Insurance Company) must rely on its advantages to develop some kinds of insurance for benefit.Household property insurance is just one of the beneficial kinds, which has not only enough resources but also low fees.However, at present, the market scale of household property insurance of Taizhou,showed a trend which withers gragually, and displays not to coordinate with people’s growing household wealth.In recent years, H Taizhou Insurance Company has been pondering the reason of household property insurance scale reduction. They are vigorously pondering to formulate what kind of effective household property insurance marketing strategy, to accelerate the rapid development of household property insurance, in order to achieve a certain non-automobile ratio.The theme in this dissertation is household property insurance of H Taizhou Insurance Company, starting from the piont of existing problems in the marketing of household property insurance, SWOT is chosen to be the tool of analysis.From the practical fact of market of insurance in Taizhou, we fix on a target market. Under the guidance of7Ps theory, proposed the marketing strategy in the business field of H Taizou Insurance Company, the content of which contains product stratety,price strategy,channel strategy, promotion strategy, people strategy,process strategy and physical evidence strategy to promote the stable development of the household property insurance, thus seizes the stable market share, meanwhile, this dissertation will lay the foundation for the marketing of other insurance products.
