Marketing Channels plays an important role in Seed Company. How to establishMarketing Channel strategy and which model of Marketing Channel structure should beselected, will affect the market competition of a company directly. A good Market Channelcan win strong advantages in competition. If the Market Channels of the company is valid,it increases in sales and profits of a company. After China’s entry to WTO, lots ofinternational seed companies which are Pioneer, Monsanto,Syngenta, KWS and Limagrandare pushing in China’s seed Market and participate in completion more directly in seedsvarieties Market. Channel and talents, traditional seed Market Channel conflicted broughtby those international seed companies. As a result, the holding company reorganization haschanged into state-owned Seed Company, the right of management was hold by personalby provision of a flexible operating working environment,both dealers and farms areinfluent with dominant mode for seed marketing changed. This work is based on domesticseed Market, this article focus on how to improve the ability of handing emergency andcompetition. This paper researches the current situation and influence of China’s seedMarket Channel, in the mean time introduces the evolution of Seed Market Channel inChina and analyzes the mainly Market Channel and the deficiencies existing in MarketChannel are brought about reorganize questionnaire which involves in obtaining farms’purchasing behavior and dealer sales behavior, based on this to understand the newtendency of farms’ purchasing behavior and new Market Channel in a seed company.This article will simply introduce the different Market Channel in China, and athorough analyze the produce procedure, function and deficiencies of the new type of SeedMarket Channel---predetermination Market Channel and internet Market Channel, putforward the option and advice in choosing a appropriate Market Channel for farms, basedon the above, the strategy of development trend of China’s seed Market Channel isproposed.
