But there are still some constraints,such as overall plan is not exhaustive, serious pollution of agricultural ecological environment, the low level of agricultural industrialization, agricultural technology system is imperfect, the level of irrigation and water conservancy construction, agricultural finance system is imperfect, agricultural employees overall quality is not high, and so on. We need to further create a social environment, policy environment and ecological environment, grasp three key links of layout, industrialization mode and input system. The perfect promotion measures in the following areas, technology research and application, the development of the agricultural cycle, improve the standardization system, the implementation of brand strategy and enhance the industrial level, distribution and service system.
