| “Science&technology is the first productivity”. Science&technology becomemore and more important daily in the development of economy, and entrepreneurshipbased on science&technology become more universal. After the internationalfinancial crisis, to be out of economic recession and seize the newly development ofeconomy and technology in the future, we advocate cultivating and developingstrategic emerging industries. As an important part of strategic emerging industries,high-tech enterprises have an important effect on easing employment pressure, raisingthe level of technology and promoting sustained economic development. However,the high-input, high-risk and high-intelligence of high-tech enterprises, whichconsume lots of manpower and resource, will lead to kinds of risks and lowerentrepreneurial success. Especially at the age of after-financial-crisis, the status ofentrepreneurial environment has a great influence on the foundation and developmentof high-tech enterprises. It’s an imperious demand to research the influence ofentrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurship in high-tech enterprises.In this paper, I firstly review life cycle of enterprises theories and entrepreneurialtheories, and define high-tech enterprises and summarize their essential features. Thenbased on the former research result, I summarize many influencing factors ofentrepreneurial environment of high-tech enterprises, and divide entrepreneurialprocess into three stages from the angle of entrepreneurial cycle theories. Then, Ianalyze the main environmental influencing factors on each stage. Finally, taking acase on A company, based on the firsthand data and secondary data of A company, Ianalyze the main environmental influencing factors on each stage of A company’sentrepreneurial process. |
