Anyhow, if the company wants to be a modern comprehensive coal chemical company, the fund is necessary. As a private company, BF had no equal credit degree and state-owned company. There are several problems in the financing of the company:the way of financing is narrow, the mode of financing is not variable, the cost of financing is high. The basis of the coal chemical industry is one of the important projects of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and the first model coal coking circulation industry in Ningxia. There are great contradictions between the development of BF and the shortage of the fund. It is necessary to design an effective and reasonable strategy to ensure the demand of the fund.On the basis of relevant theories and practical experiences, this thesis makes a practical, scientific and reasonable financing program to ensure the development and competition of the company.First, the thesis introduces the theory of the financing management and the funding decision, the theory of the cost of capital, enterprise value analysis and the evaluation theory.
