Itanalyses the situation that small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises fromthe perspective of maximizing shareholders’ value, combined with other stakeholders,the analysis of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises create value fortheir employees and increase wealth for shareholders, managers.In order to evaluatethe performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, It uses theconcept of economic value added (EVA)to construct EVA scientific and reasonableperformance evaluation system based on small and medium-sized manufacturingenterprises.
