The Research On The Influence Factors Of Port Construction Project Financing

As the infrastructure project and the hub of land and water transportation，port plays animportant role in promoting economic and trade development of the country. In the new era，port has not only the traditional functions with handling and storage，but also drives all-rounddevelopment of relevant industry，it created incredible economic and social benefits. With thecontinuous development of port，port construction project’s demand for funds is becomingmore and more great. There is a long payback period of investment，so construction funds aremainly rely on government investments and bank loans for a long time. With single investorand narrow channel，the contradiction between requirement and investment hindered theconstruction of the port.With the development of economy and the progress of times，researches on projectfinancing have a lot of new attempt and breakthrough continuously，there are more and moreresearches and practices about the infrastructure project financing method. Raising money oncapital market with the help of financial instruments，attracting private capital and foreigninvestment，or making some improvements for old modes，all in all，the measures of financingare constantly endowed with new life and definition. However，how to use these measuresproperly to get limited recourse and risk-sharing for investors，need the support of theory andtechnology.Standing in the angle of port construction project，this paper is based on the theory ofproject financing，systematically analyzed the financing system，channels，and modes，considered the design of project financing mode as a dynamic system，to analyze the influencefactors of port construction project financing，and explore the important influencing factors，to provide assistance of decision-making for the port construction project financing.This paper provided some theoretical basis and guidance to solve port constructionproject financing problems，and it has a certain significance with construction anddevelopment of port.
