Border on of border land of China and Mongolia, between the two countries has a long history of political, economic, cultural and other exchanges.Due to geopolitical factors between China and Mongolia, as well as the complementary characteristics of the ecnomic and trade, expanding trade, the two countries economic development has played a positive role. This paper respectively from the classical international trade theory, new classical international trade theory and new trade theory and new classical trade theory from four aspects elaborated the cause of international trade.Respectively from Mongolia, the import and export situation of bilateral trade comparative advantages and disadvantages of the and the trade structure of bilateral trade in the three aspects are studied in the persent situation of bilateral trade, and separately from the infrastructure is backward. Mongolia legal policy and the humanities environment uncertainty, market characteristics of the Mongolian and Chinese enterprises and products of poor repupation four aspects discusses the main problems existing in bilateral trade. Finally, the development of bilateral trace in the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Think should play in the sino-Mongolian trade economic complementary advantages, follow the principle of fairness and mutual benefit; to widen the trade between the two sides, to achieve wide and deep level of cooperation; government should aslo strengthen cooperation, improve the construction of infrastructure and transport, trade for both sides to create more excellent policy environment and serivce environment; to strengthen the construction of China-Mongolia port infrastructure and transportation; to improve the role of government and trade associations in the trade.
