Human history, important technological revolution almost all accompanied by media revolution, human activities are information activities from the essence, the progress of human society, along with the transfer of information flow and management of change. The development of Internet technology to WEB2.0era of social networking and e-commerce as a symbol, the principle of "low-cost alternative to significantly reduce the cost of people passing and management information, and have had a huge change from the ideological to the behavior. Significant changes in the external environment, the commercial banks’ traditional business and marketing model unsustainable, and innovative business philosophy, process reengineering and process bank building is the mapping of the significant changes in the age of the Internet in the banking business.The credit card business to customer-centric process reengineering, strategic information resources management, the use of a powerful information system and state-of-the-art technology means more in-depth analysis of customer behavior, as a basis for the design banking processes. As defined in accordance with the ISO9000, the "process" is a set of input converted to the output of interrelated or interacting activities. Each process has two core characteristics:First, customers, and value. The credit card business process goal is to create value for our customers, we must have a good process management, streamline repeatable processes, the process does not create value, to be removed on not suited to the requirements of the development process, redundant processes, through integration of resources with the process of combing process reengineering, building a process-based bank. Process Bank building needs a top-level design combined with bottom-up to promote the power down to mobilize the participation of staff enthusiasm, process banks can better meet customer needs, improve resource utilization efficiency, and enhance the global outlook, adapt unrest operating environment and culture of the bank’s core competitiveness.BPR requires banks to establish a flexible institutional mechanisms to adapt to the changing external environment and customer needs to the customer center, this paper discussed the credit card department of the Beijing Branch of China Merchants Bank credit card process reengineering Merchants Bank credit card business processes management processes, to support protection processes and the supervision and evaluation process reengineering analysis; Merchants Bank Credit Card Process Reengineering Process Bank and China Merchants Bank construction, information technology, social, intensive, modular concrete proposals by the integration of IT systems, cross-marketing, relying SNS differentiated customer service, and to promote the management of change through process reengineering and implementation of process management and business integration, and other ways to deepen the China Merchants Bank, the second transformation.
