With the development of3G network, intelligent mobile phone popularity, positioning and GPS technology, LBS (Location Based Service)is coming to use in the market. Along with the development of mobile communications, consumer demand is increasing and the Internet is also going to be used in the mobile phone service. In this condition, China LBS business developed greatly. But, China LBS business mode in some aspects used to copy foreign mode of production. Accordingly, the process of development will inevitably cause some problems.For China LBS service provider main goals will be integration of consumers online and offline businesses, make them combine through the business services to improve its own platform, attract consumers and increase consumers’ continuous use. But at the present stage, the LBS enterprises have not formed a clear application mode that can give customers with professional safe service to attract a large number of consumers continue to use.In order to solve this problem, the paper studies on the factors influence LBS (sign in application) business continuous use in2011, to find the influence factors of the model based on the perception of risk perception and add privacy entertainment factors to establish a new model. Through the online questionnaire, a total of350questionnaires, setting the structure model and model verification, found the factors influencing the continuous use such as perception of privacy risk.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part mainly discusses the topic in this paper the meaning and innovation points; The second part of this paper summarizes the theoretical basis, The third part puts forward and tries to design a new model of LBS; The fourth part discusses the research results; The fifth part summarizes the and proposes the LBS enterprise business model and the market marketing strategy suggestions and the deficiencies of this article.
