| Jiangxi Province is a large province of the "three rural". Provincial PartyCommittee and Provincial Government committed to changing the present situation thatthe underdevelopment of economic and imperfect security system in the rural areas. Thedevelopment of county insurance has an important strategic significance for helping thegovernment to solve the "three rural" issues and building a harmonious society. Countyinsurance is an area insurance which is based on county as the link, town as the centerand rural as the hinterland, includes property insurance and life insurance. County lifeinsurance market is relatively undeveloped in Jiangxi province. Insurance penetrationand insurance density of Jiangxi province are far below the national average. Countylife insurance market developed unbalance among cities and countrysides. In this paper,there are the basic situation of county life insurance, the problems in process ofdeveloping the county life insurance and the analysis. This paper elaborated thenecessity of developing the county life insurance. Then the author analyzed the latentdemand condition of the county life insurance through the questionnaire survey, whichprovided the realistic basis for the development of county life insurance. Finally theauthor proposed the development pattem and strategy recommendations.By the verification and research, the author drew the following conclusions:(1) County life insurance should be established based on sales system, optimizationof service delivery, design of the insurance, market development, training of personneland internal management.(2) We should attach great importance to the county insurance, strengthen strategicplanning, strengthen the publicity work of the county insurance, strive for governmentsupport, strengthen insurance supervision and regulation, and adhere to theimplementation of the training strategy focused on professional ethics education. |
